Service Description
Color therapy is most effective in stress relief due to the calming effects of many of the colors used. At its core, color therapy is based on using different colors to soothe stress, give energy, and help one's mood improve. Light Therapy has been reported, as part of a healthy lifestyle, to temporarily reduce swelling, relieve pain, decrease inflammation and greatly reduce overall recovery after procedures. Light therapy helps by resetting the internal biological clock (Circadian rhythms), helping individuals sleep better, and regulating moods. A Chakra is like a spiral of energy, each one relating to the others. Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel. If you can imagine the chakras as a set of wheels; each wheel needs to move smoothly and at a similar speed for it to work properly. Thus good health and well being is achieved by a balance of all these energies (or the smooth running of these wheels). Color therapy can help to re balance these wheels by applying the appropriate color to the body and therefore re-balance our chakras. The energy of color can have an affect upon us on all levels; physical, spiritual and emotional. Every cell in the body needs light energy - thus color energy has widespread influence on the whole body. Ways to balance your chakra will also be discussed at the end along with letting you know which chakra(s) was focused on the most during your session.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive a 24 hour notice, the full payment amount may be retained at the owner's discretion. There are no refunds, but purchased price can be used towards a later dated appointment or event.
